What a lovely experience at this hotel! The hosts, Geoff and Lorraine, truly go above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome, and the rooms are clean and nicely equipped. Breakfast was delicious, although parking can be a bit tricky and a bit pricey nearby, which is worth noting.

The key point to note is that some rooms, while tidy, felt a tad small, which might not suit everyone, particularly families needing extra space. Occasional noise from outside could interrupt sleep, especially on weekends, as the surrounding area can get lively late at night. the lack of on-site entertainment means you'd need to head out for a good time, leaving some additional options feeling limited.

Awesome stay with friendly hosts!
Spent 3 nights and really enjoyed it! Geoff helped us with our bags and the rooms were super clean and cozy. Breakfast was on point, with plenty of options! The bar area was nice for chilling after a day out, but the WiFi could be spotty at times. a fab experience.

Our family room was spacious with bunk beds for the kids and lovely toiletries provided. We were pleasantly surprised by the mini fridge, making it easy to keep drinks cool after a long day exploring. Geoff's warm welcome immediately made us feel at home, and we loved the quiet location just minutes from the promenade. We really felt taken care of!

Oh, mate! Breakfast was a feast fit for kings! From tasty kippers to a hearty full English, it’s a culinary adventure! Just a short stroll away, Mickey Finn's is an absolute must for a cracking pint. The warm vibes from Geoff and Lorraine made the stay even better.
Now, I’ll say, the walls could use a bit of sound-proofing—the noisy bunch next door at 2am wasn't ideal. But honestly, it’s not the hosts' fault, so I’m not mad as everything else was spot on!

We spent three nights here and loved the cozy atmosphere along with the delicious breakfast options. The lounge was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and the bar service was always friendly and inviting. The only hiccup was having to leave a day early due to personal reasons, but it didn't spoil our fantastic experience. I’d highly recommend this gem for a relaxing getaway! 😊
